ControlExpert is continuing a successful story with PostMaster®. The communication platform for digital connections in automotive Industry is promoting more and more leasing companies to the standard.


In record time from 0 to 100 – Since it was launched 9 years ago, the web-based platform PostMaster®, has led the way in claims and maintenance processing – and at the same time revolutionized the German automotive industry in the after-sales sector.  More than 7,000 repair shops and almost all insurance and leasing companies operating in Germany are already benefiting from the numerous advantages. And the customer base continues to grow. In 2019 alone, more than 800 car dealers and repair shops joined the digital process. Over the past few months, numerous companies have opted to use PostMaster®, particularly in the leasing sector: For instance, Porsche Financial Services has been using the platform for digital maintenance management since the end of 2018. Opel Leasing also opted for PostMaster® during the same period.  After successful collaborations with leading leasing companies like Arval, LeasePlan, Deutsche Leasing, Athlon and recently Sixt Leasing, PostMaster® is becoming the industry standard for manufacturers. After 8 years of successful cooperation with one of the leading leasing and fleet management companies, LeasePlan, in the field of maintenance and claims management, all maintenance requests will in future be handled via PostMaster® and internal resources will be shifted to electronic handling processes.  On the specially designed on-boarding platform, car dealers can find out everything they need to know and register online for training and installation appointments. 

PostMaster® ensures enormous time- and cost saving for all connected service providers through paperless, standardized communication. Repair shops can create cost estimates and invoices as usual in the in-house dealer management system and send them out without media interruption to partners on the side of the insurance companies, leasing companies and major customers.
