Reale Seguros, an insurance company which is always on the lookout to improve and automate its processes in order to deliver excellent services to its customers, will incorporate ControlExpert image recognition technology to detect damage instantly.

Santiago, May 2022. Reale Seguros, in its almost 5 years of operation in Chile, has been a pioneer in the implementation of new technologies and has differentiated itself by constantly innovating in its processes. An example of this is its cooperation with the Artificial Intelligence company ControlExpert in the use of a new solution that simplifies and saves time for its clients when insuring a vehicle.

This software allows prospective customers wishing to buy a policy to upload images where in a guided process Artificial Intelligence checks the condition of the vehicles . The platform also analyzes the images and identifies if they match with the vehicle, whether they were altered, or if they had previous damage that was not reported.

A characteristic of this application is that it is constantly learning, since, with each case analyzed, it develops new evaluation points, thus improving precision and analysis criteria for better results.
