Management Change at ControlExpert

• The long-standing Managing Directors Nicolas Witte and Dr. Andreas Witte are handing over
  responsibilities to Sebastian Lins and Andreas Decker, and will take on new challenges outside CE.
• The successful growth strategy of ControlExpert in Germany and abroad will be continued and the
  focus on the digital end-2-end processing of motor vehicle claims will be maintained.

Langenfeld. 1 December 2023 . As part of ControlExpert’s growth and internationalization strategy,
the management board continues to develop.

Effective 1 January 2024, Sebastian Lins – until recently Managing Director of HUK-Coburg
Mobilitätsholding – is joining the management board. He will focus on Sales & Strategy in addition to
his duties at the parent company Solvd Group. Andreas Decker – Head of Operations at ControlExpert
for many years – will also become a member to the management board, assuming responsibility for
Operations & Product. Rüdiger Hackhausen remains Managing Director, focusing on German sales.

Nicolas Witte and Dr. Andreas Witte will hand over responsibilities and leave the management board
on 31 December 2023, but will remain on board as advisors. Company founder Gerhard Witte will also
remain an active member of the Advisory Board.
